  1. Jason Isbell’s vinyl releases on Southeastern Records all sounded excellent. They were beautifully mastered by Peter Lyman and the pressings were mostly quiet.

    If I have to pick, the 2013 Southeastern GZ Media pressing is my favourite of the three, this repress fixed distortion problems from the first pressing, sounded dynamic and more analogue like. The Nashville Sound comes close second, it is also highly dynamic and punchy but slightly more digital like. Something More Than Free is no slouch either, you would be happy with the SQ of any of these three albums.
