  1. The Future Sound Of London’s Lifeforms is a fantastic reissue. The lacquer was cut by one of the four mastering engineers at Finyl Tweek. I would presume it was Dennis Smith as there is no signatures on the dead wax. The other three members usually leave a signature of theirs.

This Optimal Media pressing is super quiet. The sound is dynamic and spacious , the bass is deep and the sub bass have a great but subtle presence, not overdone like most recent days remasters. I really enjoy the natural unforced sound of this reissue but perhaps you would turn up the volume a notch to really hear its beauties. A 3xLP set would be ideal for a lengthy album such as this but why complains? It was a really nice surprise Universal Music would even reissue this album! Dead Cities next plaese…
