  1. This original 2013 EU 45 rpm pressing has the best SQ of all the London Grammar releases. I have heard many people complaining about the distortions but I heard none of it on my copy and there’s no sibilant. The only downside I have is that this is a very noisy pressing — it is not as extreme as my 2014 US release but it’s enough to put me off playing this record. I tried to get a second copy to replace this late 2016 – it was still a MPO pressing but sadly the noise was just as bad. I then tried again in June 2017 to get a third copy but unlucky again I got a 2017 EU Repress by GZ Media. It is a much quieter pressing but missing the sonorous and extended low frequencies that made this 2013 EU original so special.
